03 Account Responsibilities

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

joyo9 supports deposits and withdrawals through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. All transactions on joyo9 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits:

  • The minimum deposit on joyo9 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts.
  • Deposits are credited to your joyo9 balance within 60 seconds under normal conditions.
  • All deposits must be made from a mobile financial account registered in your own name. joyo9 does not accept third-party deposits.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the joyo9 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
